SHELTERING HANDS FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGNS
CAMPAIGN OVERVIEW
Our mission is simple: Improve the lives of cats through humane care, low-cost spay/neuter surgery, comprehensive cat adoption programs, education, and support services for the community. Our Love for the Lifetime program pairs Seniors with older cats, and Sheltering Hands covers all medical expenses. Many of these clients live in The Villages, so ‘Jeremiah’s Journey’ is a Capital Campaign created to bring our services to the area. This location will include a Thrift Store, Wellness Clinic, and Adoption Center. By opening this new facility we aim to easier serve senior cats and citizens.
Thanks to a generous anonymous donor, we’ve secured the funding to purchase our new location. As we prepare the Thrift Store for opening, we are seeking donations to help us continue the mission. While we made a large investment into the land, we still need assistance settling the remaining mortgage. There will be many opportunities for donors to leave a lasting legacy such as room dedications, naming, and unique recreation areas at the facility.
