Time to Strut for Stray Cats!

201-1415740466147Saturday, October 15th from 8-12 in beautiful Tuscawilla Park

Put on your walking shoes, bring friends and family, and join us as we “strut” to help stray cats! We invite you to join Sheltering Hands’ members, friends and supporters as we strut to raise funds for  area cats. The location is Tuscawilla Park in downtown Ocala. This beautiful park has two ponds, a paved walkway around the larger pond, picnic tables, a playground, basketball courts and loads of beautiful wading birds. Saturday, October 15th is also a special day for the park as they will be celebrating their 100th birthday! Strut with us in the morning and stay for the afternoon activities in the park.

Walkers can join the strut for a donation of $5. We invite you to gather sponsors to support your efforts. Permission forms, sponsor  forms and our 2016 flyer can be found at  our website under Resources-Common Forms. Tell your friends and co-workers about our event. We would love to have them join us.

Sheltering Hands, Inc. is a 501c3 organization. All proceeds directly benefit cats and kittens in Marion and Levy county.
