Sheltering Hands’ 10th Anniversary Open House-October 21st

Unknown-3

Join us on Saturday, October 21st to celebrate our 10th Anniversary from 11-4 at our Surgical Center on US Highway 27, 9 miles west of I-75. We will have tours of our surgical center and CoCo’s House. Tour participants will get to see “behind the scenes” as our volunteers explain what happens at each station in our surgical center. Tours at CoCo’s House will show how we care for the cats in their own house, complete with a TV room. Looking for great food? We will have it. Our food area will have delicious lunch selections for purchase such as pork plates, quesadillas and frito pie. Your sweet tooth will also be happy at our bake sale table. Purchase a slice of cake or the whole cake. Lots of goodies to choose from. Our children’s area will have games for children and information about how to care for cats. Shoppers, our thrift shop will be open with lots of wonderful bargains to be had, including lots of cat related gift items and books. A raffle basket and silent auction table will also be featured. Stop by our new Memorial Garden and spend a few minutes in this beautiful, peaceful area. Are you interested in our TNR program, thinking about volunteering, want to learn more about what we do? Visit our information table to get all the details.  All proceeds from our food sales, gift shop, silent auction and raffle basket will benefit the cats of Sheltering Hands. Hope to see you there!
